In order for us to make a timely and thoughtful assessment
of your investment opportunity, your submission should contain the
following information:
1. Company Name
2. Headquarters Location
3. Description of the Product or Service
4. Overview of the Market and the Competition
5. Management Background
6. Summary of Current Financial Statements and Projections
7. Capital Requirements
8. Desired Valuation
Your Business Plan should be preceded by an
Executive Summary (or Power Point), or it will not be reviewed.
Integra Ventures does not return business plans and prefers them
presented in Microsoft Word file. Please submit your plans via email
at bizplan@integraventures.net.
